Immunizations

The Immunizations Report shows a list of immunizations given to a student. It also intelligently predicts future immunizations required.

QR Code

The QR code (beneath the header Doctor's Signature) can be scanned by a physician or nurse to quickly enter which immunizations this child was given. The Candle system must have a publicly accessible address defined in the config file. Contact Olive Tree Support if you are not sure if you have it configured correctly.

Parameters:

Term - the term for which the report is run

Student - which student's immunization's to show

Display Requirements - shows/hides the Vaccine Requirements section

Display QR Code - shows/hides the QR code for remote entry

Only Show Missing - only shows vaccines that are required for this student
