Eye Exam Notices

This report is used to quickly print and distribute eye exam notices to the patrons. The report was designed in such a way that the report can be printed, folded, taped, and given to the student without an envelope. After the eye exams, all the records that have been marked as Needs Review in the health module, will appear on this report. When you are done printing this report, go to the Health on the left-hand side and click Mark All Notices Distributed.
