Removing/Archiving a Family

Candle does not support deleting a family unless there is no information entered for the family. For example, if you have grades entered for the some of the family's students and you remove the family, all the grades will disappear for previous years. This would mar the historical image of the data. Instead, after creating a school term for the new year, set all the student groups for the children to none:

Candle will no longer show the family in any selects or lists if no children are in student groups.
