Library Cards

Existing Library Cards can be viewed by clicking Library Cards under the Library Books header on the left-hand side.

Here you can see a list of cards currently in the system. 

Creating Library Cards for a Group

  1. Above the card grid, choose Group Add.
  2. Select the Student Group to add.
  3. If an expiration date applies, change it.
  4. Finally, choose Save.

Creating Library Cards for a Student

  1. Above the card grid, choose Add.
  2. Select the Student to add.
  3. If an expiration date applies, change it.
  4. Finally, choose Save.

Printing

Library Cards print on Avery 5371 punch-apart cards. (available on Amazon)

  1. To print library cards, choose All Reports on the left-hand side under the title Reports.
  2. Search for the Library Cards report or find it in the list. Then click it.
  3. At the top, choose the printer icon at the top center to print the sheet.
