Run a Query in the Query Tool
Sometimes to diagnose an issue, Olive Tree Support will have you run a query to repair data in the query tool.
To access this tool:1. Click Setup in the left-hand sidebar.
2. Click Query Tool under the header System Maintenance:
3. Clear the contents of the textfield and enter the text provided to you by the support agent. Then click Export as Xlsx.
The data should be repaired. If the agent requested, send him the file that was downloaded to your browser.
