Features

  • Auto-generating ISBN numbers. These generated ISBNs are not standard but can be used by schools to create and scan their own barcodes. 
  • A Save and Print button was also introduced to the Library Book dialog, allowing users to print their book labels without navigating to the book label report.

Bug Fixes

  • Fix: the subject averages on report cards were truncated; they are now properly rounded.
  • Fix: backup file limits were not enforced on the server side; they are now enforced on both the server and the client, reducing the risk of hitting storage limits that caused global outages.
  • Various smaller bugs, some reported by clients, some found by developers, have also been fixed.

Tested by Austin Esh in the development environment. This test included a brief look at the major parts of the app that were touched in development. Regression Test Checklist has not yet been written.
